A classic, single layer small towel or washcloth with a beautifully absorbent waffle-ish weave, these textiles are produced in the Imabari district of Ehime prefecture, world-famous for the meticulous quality of their cotton towel fabrication.

The red selvedge detail adds a simple decorative note which matches the other washcloths and towels in this collection, which has been specially designed for adults with sensitive skin. They are also soft and gentle enough for babies, and make a thoughtful (and useful) gift for new parents.
